Electric
Electric service in Hutton is maintained by Oncor Electric, the largest energy delivery company in Texas. Oncor invests billions in state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced technologies to create a safer, smarter, more reliable power grid.

Water and Wastewater
Water in the City of Hutto is sourced from the Heart of Texas well field, a groundwater source owned by the City. Additional sources are purchased from Manville Water Supply Corporation (groundwater) and the City of Taylor (surface water.)
The City of Hutto owns and operates 10 lift stations that pump wastewater to one of two City-owned treatment plants, which are operated by the Brazos River Authority.
Gas
